For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, contact us promptly with details; we would arrange an appropriate remedy and cover any required return delivery. These conditions do not limit applicable statutory rights. Proposed refunds: to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt and inspection, with additional bank processing time possible. Cancellations may be requested before dispatch. The return destination and process must be confirmed before launch.
